MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

​Regular Membership Requirements to submit together with application form:
  • Photocopy of updated PRC card (back to back)
  • Photocopy of updated PMA card (back to back) / active PMA number 
  • Recent photo with a white coat (preferably with PCLM patch)
  • Annual dues (P2750.00)
  • Earned the required CME credit hours, complied according to the table below

Retention as active members
General Procedure:
​To remain as active members, they must fulfill CME credit hours earned as reviewed by Committee on Membership Credentials; and must have been updated in payment of their annual membership dues on or before December 31 of each year. 
Membership Category
Requirement
Regular Member
He / She must attend at least 1 annual or midyear convention every year and must earn atleast 15 PCLM CME units within 3 years.
Diplomate
He/She must attend at least 1 annual or midyear convention each year and must attend Post-graduate course.  A PCLM Diplomate must earn at least 60 PCLM CME credit units yearly to maintain Certification status.
Fellow
He/She must attend at least 1 annual or midyear convention each year and must attend Post-graduate course.  A PCLM Fellow must earn a total of 90 PCLM CME credit units yearly.
Note:  PCLM CME units can be earned from PCLM activities such as webinars, conferences, post-graduate course, round table discussion, speaking assignment, active committee engagement with project implementation, research and other related activities.
