Fellowship training & certification
The competencies for Lifestyle Medicine Intensivists are updated and recently published by the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine. The same international competencies, including the list of locally added competencies, are applied to the Lifestyle Medicine Fellowship Training and Certification that the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine will launch in collaboration with several training institutions, including the Philippine General Hospital, Adventist Medical Center, and Antique Medical Center.
The 2023 Expert Consensus panel comprised Lifestyle Medicine Intensivists with clinical, scholarly, and academic contributions to Lifestyle Medicine practice, including the PCLM president Dr. Mechelle Acero Palma, representing the industry practice outside the United States.
The Fellowship training application is open for PCLM Diplomates (for PCLM Fellowship Track) and Family Medicine Diplomates (for PAFP Fellowship Track). Kindly send inquiries to the PCLM education committee if you are interested in joining the program.
